Virtual Counselor

The PALM Health Counselor works with a team of multi-disciplinary physicians and wellness providers to evaluate and treat members of PALM Health. The Counselor will provide one-on-one virtual counseling/therapy sessions using a mind-body-spirit approach, collaborate with wellness and medical providers, and will serve as a Counselor for any PALM programs that incorporate counseling services. Counselors will have additional credentialing and experience in providing therapy, and would thus integrate therapy-based practices into their services. We are looking for candidates who have experience with EMDR.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
• Licensed or Provisional Professional Counselor (required), and/or higher therapy/counseling degree such as PhD, PsyD, or LCSW (required)
• Professional license in the state of Missouri (required). Additional state licensure preferred.
