Personal Trainer

The PALM Health Personal Trainer provides high-quality service to members by offering functional fitness assessments (as requested), education, and private, semi-private, and group physical training. The PALM Personal Trainer will assist with creating and implementing exercise programs and will work closely with members and their PALM providers to help members reach their overall fitness and well-being goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ personal training experience (required); a combination of appropriate education and experience will be considered
• BS in exercise physiology or related program (preferred)
• CPR Certification (required)
• Appropriate certification such as ACSM, AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA (required)
