Join Our Team at the PALM Health Café!

PALM Health is an optimal health and longevity club offering personalized medical and wellness services, including an on-site café that provides nutritious, Mediterranean-inspired, farm-to-table meals to our members. We are seeking an enthusiastic Baker to join our Café team - Monday to Friday, 6am to 1pm.

Baker + Prep

The PALM Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cookies, brownies, and more, all of which use specialty, sourdough, or gluten-free flowers. The PALM Baker is expected to be comfortable with wheat-alternative baking and to follow recipes with specificity. This role will also include an opportunity to support with Prep work and daily operations outside of the Cafe's daily baking needs.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a Baker or similar role (required)
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters (required)
• Understanding of food safety practices (required)
• Professionalism: attendance, teamwork, appearance, punctuality
